Our story

Made by parents who wanted an easier way to dress a baby.

It started with our own son. Every bodysuit we owned had to be pulled over his head, and every change at 3 a.m. turned into a wrestling match. Then we tried a kimono-style romper: it lays open, the baby goes on top, you wrap one side over the other and snap it. We never went back.

That one discovery became the whole shop. We only sell what we'd put on our own kid.

Xpnda has been on Etsy since 2021. For five years we made all-over-print golf polos — 672 of them, 4.7 stars. That chapter closed in 2026 when rising blank costs and shipping delays made it impossible to keep the quality up at a fair price, and the rompers took its place.

What is a kimono romper?
